After attaining his building licence and sub-contracting to various building companies for many years, Kim Allen established Allen Constructions in 1995.

Kim grew the company slowly and steadily over 20 years, purposely retaining a small management structure. This approach has allowed the management team to remain ‘hands on’ in bigger and bigger projects, while keeping overheads low. The result is a balance of high quality workmanship, fair pricing and the development of genuine, long-lasting relationships with clients.

Today, the management team is comprised of Kim as Managing Director, who oversees the company with the assistance of Ian Goodman, Sales and Operations Manager. Kim and Ian are permanently supported by a team of Construction Supervisors, Roxanne – the Office Manager, as well as specially selected suppliers and subcontractors who share Allen Constructions’ core values of excellence, integrity and customer satisfaction.
